Sivamani Sangaranarayanan is all geared up to lead Esconet at the helm. The industry veteran as the company’s CEO expects the new role to be an enriching, learning journey. Esconet, one of the leading System Integrator, Cloud solution provider and manufacturers of Super Computers under Make in India program, encompasses a prestigious client list including leading government educational institutes and corporate organisations.

The key responsibilities of Sivamani at Esconet includes manging the overall business – Sales, Services, Engineering, Tech Support and HR. “Sivamani will develop and implement strategies to enhance Esconet's market position, competitiveness, and profitability. He will be instrumental to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth,” says Santosh Agarwal, co-founder and MD, Esconet.
Sivamani with over three decades of experience in IT industry in leadership positions, has also handled multiple businesses in IT Landscape. At Esconet, he will also be involved with identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the company's operations, reputation, or financial performance.
Commenting on appointment of CEO to the company; Santosh said, ”Esconet has been growing rapidly and the company was looking for a strategic leader to steer the company through the growth phase bringing in the cultural change of professionalism in every aspect of our business.”
Sivamani has leadership experience and a strategic vision and we thought of using his experience to make changes in our company so that we can improvise ourselves in the way we work which could lead to sustainable growth, as per Santosh.
With Sivamani now at the helm; the roles of Agarwals – Sunil and Santosh becomes more laser focused. Sunil Agarwal, co-founder of Esconet will continue to be instrumental in identifying sources of raw materials for HexaData and deciding on the technology to be adopted for HexaData brand. Eventually, Sivamani’s inputs will be leveraged for improving product offerings on HexaData. Santosh Agarwal shall look after stakeholder management, finances, corporate matters etc.at Esconet.
Sivamani’s appointment will definitely elevate brand Esconet across internal and external stakeholders of the industry and also accelerate the new business areas of technologies. Sivamani is experienced with managed services and cyber security, that will also further benefit Esconet by adding those its services portfolio. Apart from this, we expect Sivamani to accelerate our offerings - BaaS and DRaaS - from Zeacloud, as per Santosh.
What are the key technologies that Sivamani feels will be in much demand from CIOs and tech leaders in 2024 and beyond? The key technologies that will be in demand will be Security, Block chain, IoT and AI/ML. Sivamani Sangaranarayanan, CEO, Esconet adds,” As digital transformation is happening rapidly across globe (Albeit slow in most of the world due to on-going geo-political situation, except in India) there are various challenges with respect to implementation at times; and cybersecurity will further drive the Block chain, IoT, AI/ ML upward.”
While the demand for Hybrid cloud will be the norm of the day in 2024, cloud adoption in general will increase across India and Esconet has an extensive range of services and solutions to accelerate the cloud journey of its customers, says Sivamani of Esconet.
