History & Milestones

In 1998, entrepreneurs Santosh Agrawal and Sunil Agrawal moved to Delhi and took over Electro Sales Corporation, a business specialized in IT components reselling. Though initially successful, financial constraints led them to pivot towards selling directly to Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) in 2004. This change allowed them to leverage existing partnerships with Intel and AMD and expand into assembling whitebox servers and workstations.

By 2006, the company had evolved significantly, partnering with tech leaders like EMC2 and VMware to develop advanced service delivery competencies. This strategic shift enabled them to target enterprise-level clients. Recognizing the need for structural expansion and tapping into new sectors like multinational corporations and government bodies, they formally incorporated their business as Esconet Technologies Private Limited in 2012. In its first year, the company achieved an impressive revenue of ₹ 21.75 Crores.

Esconet Technologies then widened its reach by partnering with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and moving into areas like Data Protection, Data Security, and Network Security. The company also ventured into Cloud Technologies, laying the foundation for a managed services model. Among its flagship projects are the Secured Private Cloud for the Indian Army and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for Anheuser-Busch InBev. These complex projects, completed in record time, showcase the company's in-house capabilities and solidify its position as a leader in IT Infrastructure solutions.

Clinched the largest-ever single contract for setting up a Private Cloud infrastructure for leading Indian Oil & Gas PSU.

December 2018

Won a substantial server and storage contract, which notably included the first EMC Xtreme IO Storage system in India, from a key manufacturing client in the National Capital Region (NCR).

December 2015

Successfully secured an esteemed project for the implementation and seven-year maintenance of a secure cloud service for the Indian Army at their Army Headquarters Computer Centre, Ministry of Defence in Delhi.
