New Delhi, India, September 5th, 2023 — Esconet Technologies Private Limited, a leading provider of IT Infrastructure solutions and services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Zeacloud Services Private Limited, effective as of September 5th, 2023 With this acquisition, Zeacloud has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Esconet Technologies Private Limited.

This strategic acquisition aligns with Esconet’s objective to expand its service offerings and reach a broader customer base.
